North Coyote Valley Conservation Area (Laguna Seca) CNC BioBlitz

This will be our 3rd event as part of a new program, in collaboration with Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society and Open Space Authority. It will be part of the City Nature Challenge event - a gobal iNaturalist competition between many cities worldwide. 

Laguna Seca is the largest wetland in the county, and it was recently protected. The area is closed to the public, so this is a great opportunity to visit. During the BioBlitz, we will explore the area in small groups, and document every living things together, using the smartphone app iNaturalist.
