About the event
Join BioBlitz Club and Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful for our 11th Naturalist webinar! During this webinar we will talk about studies of large mammals in the South Bay.
From the event page -
For over 20 years, Mike Hundt has studied mountain lions, bobcats, and elk to gain insight into their movements and behaviors. The data collected has highlighted curious elk on cameras and bobcats who struggle to move between road barriers. This research encompasses Coyote Valley and Henry Coe State Park, utilizing traditional radio collars and cameras to collect data, as well as AI and other tools, to track their movements.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend live, please register for "Recorded Presentation Only" so you can receive the YouTube link to the recorded video, which will be released within a couple of days of the event.
