Become an ant researcher, and help us document the Argentine ant invasion into Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve! In the second part, we will survey the preserve and record ant species in small groups!

About the event
On 9/21 we will conduct the actual ant survey at Jasper Ridge. We will hike the preserve and document ant species' presence. Each group will survey about 12-15 points in one of the preserve's habitats. We use visual search, which is the most effective technique to locate ants. Ant training is required, provided on 9/14.
