North Coyote Valley Conservation Area

RSVP

Join BioBlitz Club, SCVAS, and OSA for a fall BioBlitz event at this special place!

This will be our 9th event as part of a new program, in collaboration with Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society and Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority. Laguna Seca is the largest wetland in the county, and it was recently protected. This event is part of an effort to learn more about the biodiversity of this area, and collect data for future studies. The area is closed to the public, so this is a great opportunity to visit.

During the BioBlitz, we will explore the area in small groups, and document every living things together, using the smartphone app iNaturalist. You can read more about Coyote Valley on OSA website.
